Referrals may come from insurance adjusters, employers, case managers, IME scheduling companies, attorneys, paralegals, and school officials including special education departments, transportation coordinators, legal representatives, and families.

Who You Will Meet

Point to Point Dispatch Club offers a personal and hands-on staff. You will become familiar with our customer service representatives, our schedulers, our drivers, and interpreters. Our office staff has 20+ years of experience dealing with all different scenarios and personalities involved in providing services. Our drivers have safety training and clearances, as well as experience with transporting one-on-one. Our interpreters are aware of the importance of accurately communicating between parties and providing unedited questions and answers. We are a team with a unified objective, you will not be handed off to a ride sharing company; the people providing your services are our employees personally assigned by our schedulers based upon needs and locations.
